Rome

The Slayer’s Magic heard that Rome is an ancient city. The Colosseum is easily as old as the Library in Waatch, but the Colosseum doesn’t have magic to protect it from deteriorating. The Slayer’s Magic felt bad about this, but enjoyed seeing something so old from our world.  

Italian Food

One of the best things about Italy is the food. It’s worth traveling to Italy just to eat…everything! The Slayer’s Magic was in love with the food. There was lots of fish, just like in Waatch, but also yummy steaks and orecchiette pasta that looks like little ears! The Slayer’s Magic almost grew a few pages while in Italy. 

Beach Time

If there’s one thing The Slayer’s Magic loves it’s sitting on the beach soaking up the sun. Especially on nice warm sunny beaches. The beaches near Waatch and the Ancestral islands are usually wet and cold. When they are sunny, they’re still not very warm. The Slayer’s Magic really enjoyed soaking up the Ionian Sea in the Mediterranean. It was early in the season so it was not yet hot- perfect warm weather for beach lounging. 

The Slayer’s Magic says, 10 out of 10, highly recommends visiting Italy!
